Ingredients
4 ounces strong black chilled coffee
2 Tbsp sweet coconut cream
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 ounces ¡OLE! Mamajuana
Cocoa powder for garnish
Recipe
Brew dark Brazilian coffee and store it in the fridge until chilled.
Dry shake coffee, vanilla, egg white, coconut cream, and Ole! until a foam is created (aprox 60 seconds).
Add ice to shaker and shake another 30 seconds until ice cold.
Pour over ice in a lowball tumbler glass.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
