¡OLE! Safira

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces strong black chilled coffee

  • 2 Tbsp sweet coconut cream

  • 1 egg white

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1.5 ounces ¡OLE! Mamajuana

  • Cocoa powder for garnish

Recipe

  1. Brew dark Brazilian coffee and store it in the fridge until chilled.

  2. Dry shake coffee, vanilla, egg white, coconut cream, and Ole! until a foam is created (aprox 60 seconds).

  3. Add ice to shaker and shake another 30 seconds until ice cold.

  4. Pour over ice in a lowball tumbler glass.

  5. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
